Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stillfast handles your information. Stillfast is built by two independent developers as a personal side project, not a company or LLC; “we” refers to those developers. We do not run advertising, we do not use third-party tracking, and we never sell your data.

What we work with

Your athlete profile (your name, the sports you play, an optional nickname or handle, and your accent and units preferences), your drill results, and your games. There is no Apple Health data in the app.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored on your device and synced through your own private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit. We do not operate servers that receive your data and cannot access your private iCloud database.

Calendar and notifications

If you link Apple Calendar, the app reads upcoming events on your device to suggest games; you choose which to add. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. None of this is sent to us, and you can unlink Apple Calendar in the app at any time.

How your information is used

Information is used only to provide the app's features to you: to run your warm-ups and drills, to recommend drills for your sport, to track your reaction trends and consistency, to schedule the reminders you turn on, and to power the home and lock screen widgets. It is never used for advertising or marketing, and is never sold to data brokers.

Your control

You can export all of your data as a readable file, and delete all of your data, including the records in your private iCloud database, from within the app at any time. You can also export a progress report (a PDF that includes your name, sport, and reaction stats) to share with a coach or team. Anything you export is shared by you, through your device's standard share sheet, to a destination you choose; it is not sent to us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information.

Children

Stillfast is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves; we will update the date above when we do.
