Terms of Service
Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Michael Berinshteyn ("we"). By signing in to or using Squadly FC you agree to them and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to your download from the App Store.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to these terms, to use the app. Your account is your Sign in with Apple identity. Keep your device secure; activity from your account is treated as yours. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Teams and invite codes
A team's invite code gives every holder equal rights to view, add, change and delete that team's cards, photos, lineups, formations, matches and chemistry. Changes by any member replace earlier versions and cannot be undone by the app. Share invite codes only with teammates. The team admin can remove members, hand admin to another member, rename the team and delete the team. We are not responsible for edits or deletions made by other members of your team.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add and grant us and Apple the rights needed to store and sync it for your team. You are responsible for it: add photos or details about other people only with their permission, and do not add unlawful, harassing, hateful or infringing content, or content belonging to someone else. Do not use offensive or misleading team names, and do not attempt to join teams you were not invited to.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, interfere with or abuse the app or its iCloud data, attempt to guess invite codes, or use automated tools against the service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms.
League rules
Built-in rule checks (for example coed player counts) are a convenience based on rules entered into the app. They are not an official ruling. Always follow your league's current rules and the decisions of its officials.
Availability and changes
The app and its sync features depend on Apple iCloud and network availability and may be interrupted or changed. We may update, add or discontinue features, and may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
