These Terms of Service govern your use of the Moonrow app. By downloading, installing, or using Moonrow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Moonrow helps vineyard and harvest crews record which rows have been worked, suggests the next row, and lets you share progress. It is a record-keeping and orientation aid. It is not an autosteer system, a safety device, or a substitute for your own judgment, training, or the machine manufacturer's instructions.
You are solely responsible for operating your harvester, tractor, or other equipment safely and lawfully. Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you while the machine is moving. Mount your device securely, keep machine lights on at night, and stop the machine before making detailed changes in the app. Location accuracy varies with your device, sky view, terrain, and conditions, and rows shown in the app may not match the field exactly.
You can use Moonrow as a guest or sign in with Apple. When you sign in, your data is linked to your Apple ID and synced through your private iCloud account. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure.
Blocks, harvest records, notes, pins, and tracks you create belong to you. When you share a summary, GPX file, or handoff file, you choose who receives it and you are responsible for that sharing.
Do not use Moonrow to break the law, to track people without their consent, or to interfere with the app or the services it relies on. Do not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
Moonrow relies on Apple services, including Sign in with Apple, iCloud, Maps, and Location Services. Those services are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
Moonrow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, that location data will be accurate, or that rows will be detected correctly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Moonrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of crop, yield, revenue, data, or equipment, or for any injury arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.
You can stop using Moonrow at any time and delete your account and data from the You tab. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
